Frequently Asked Questions

  • Three times a week is recommended for Pilates sessions. However, you need to take into consideration – time, finances, stress level and burning out especially if you are combining Pilates with other types of exercise.  If you do more than a session each week, you will see improvements sooner.

  • Tops should be slim-fitting to ensure you can check your form.

    Ladies can wear low-impact sports bra.
    Bottoms should be fitted and not be loose. Sports leggings or shorts that with ample stretch.
    Non-slip or grip socks are used in our classes to protect your feet, provide added stability and hold poses.

  •  Each Pilates session will run for 55 minutes.

  • Valet parking for cars is payable to external vendor of Senopati 66 building. The studio is not liable for any loss of valuables or vehicles.

  • You can cancel your class or session  no later than 12 hours before your scheduled class start time. We understand unforeseeable circumstances can occur for time to time, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • There are a maximum of 7 clients  for each Group class. In order for class to continue as scheduled, there should be minimum of 3 clients.

    For Group class, you can see available spot(s) online and you can book based on availability.

  • You may not be able to join,  if you are more than 10 minutes late to your class or session. Please spare at least 15 minutes for you to arrive, park, check in, change clothes and put your belongings in the locker prior to your scheduled class or session.

  • Private sessions are created to tailor individual needs and greatly benefit those with injuries or physical limitations such as back issues, osteoporosis, or or pre/post-natal clients clients. Instructors of Private sessions are also able to support your specific fitness goals and develop routines that are suitable for you.

  • To benefit from Duet session, it's important to choose a partner who has similar physical abilities to you and similar fitness goals in addition to synched up training schedule.

  • If you do not have any complications, it is safe for to do Pilates during pregnancy. We do have instructors who have completed pre and post natal Pilates teaching courses, that you can book for Private sessions.
